  • Many of our services are available to be booked online with the exception of hair colour services which must be booked directly with the spa.  In order to book appointments online a valid credit card number is required

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment start time

    (HAIR APPOINTMENTS- Please arrive 5 minutes early).

    Check in at our salon at the front of the Prestige hotel to the left of the lobby doors.  Our facility is located in three separate areas of the hotel so the best place to wait is the hotel lobby after you have checked in.

    *Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. In the case of a late arrival your treatment time may be shortened at the full service price.

  • To ensure a comprehensive, thorough and beneficial treatment, it is essential that our team is aware of your current physical condition. Guests are asked to complete a medical history form on arrival or prior to arrival via link in confirmation email/text.

  • Clients displaying symptoms of illness will not be permitted entry to the spa or asked to leave and rebook a minimum of 14 days later. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, however mild

  • We ask that clients turn off their cell phones and refrain from loud conversation to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.

  • We ask that you bring only necessary items with you to your appointment. Valuable items and jewelry should be left at home, Elevation Spa is not responsible for client belongings.

  • Gratuities and taxes are in addition to spa treatment prices. If you desire to recognize an exceptional service, a gratuity may be added to your spa service charge upon checkout.

  • To cancel or adjust treatments a minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid being charged in full.

    A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to confirm all appointments.

    No shows or cancellations/changes within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be charged the full amount of the services booked.

    Please Note: Group bookings are subject to a minimum 72 hour cancellation policy.

  • Discuss with your booking agent regarding your desire to claim the massage.  Our staff will provide massage therapist designation information for you to check with your benefits provider.  Please note we do not direct-bill and require payment for all services but will always provide a receipt with your practitioner’s details.

  • We ask that children do not accompany clients to the spa to optimize the spa experience for all of our guests.

  • Hot tub and pool are available at a charge of $7.50 per person. Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort requires all clients that are not guests of the hotel to pay an entry fee in order to be covered under their insurance.

  • Elevation Spa has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment of any kind, inappropriate comments or sexual requests, and verbal or physical abuse.

    We reserve the right to refuse service and/or ban a client for any reason that does not violate a protected right such as race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, marital status, family status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or age of that person or that group or class of persons.
