Our guest services staff will be happy to help you book appointments, purchase retail products and gift certificates, or answer questions in person in our hair salon and retail store from 9:30am to 5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Our service providers are available 7 days/week. There may be appointments available outside of these hours by request.

Located in three distinct Studios within the Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, Elevation Wellness Spa & Salon is a welcoming unpretentious facility offering massage, hair services, spa treatments, nail services, hair removal and spa packages. Centrally located only a short drive from Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs and Panorama Mountain Village.

The Massage Studio offers three treatment rooms for massage, facials and body treatments.

The Nail Studio offers two pedicure chairs, two manicure stations.

The Hair Salon offers three hair stations.

The Spa is proud to offer health conscious products such as Om Organics skin care, and Zoya and Bio Seaweed Gel polish which are vegan, cruelty free and made without the “Big 10” harmful chemicals usually found in nail polish.

Sourcing locally made products is a priority for Elevation and the majority of the products that are used in our services or retail offerings are from a local company- Om Organics.

Our hair products encompass a range of science and nature based products with plans to offer more options in future. We use Redken hair color and styling products and have a variety of options to take home to keep your hair looking it’s best.
